I was wondering if there is a way for the Zara Playlist to also show the artist, since it is in the file that Zara uses. I have Zara broadcasting RDS, but it only shows the song, not the artist. I could add them to the titles by hand, but I have over 40 hours of music I would have to edit.

If Zara doesn't show the artist then it's possible that your files are not ID3 tagged properly. The ID3 tag contains various meta data like year, artist, name, track number, encoding, release date, etc.
You should check the ID3 tags of your files and then load them into the application.
In the program's menu, what are Parameters and Start Folder? Clicking the program Next File actually plays the next file using (in my case iTunes). Shouldn't it only show the path of the file?

The Parameters menu allows you to pass various related parameters to file playback. You can find more about it in the help menu. The Start Folder is used to define the folder where the application should start searching. This is a common setting on most of the apps. You can specify the path of the folder to point anywhere on your hard drive. Alternatively, use the Usage Guide file available for downloading from the official website. You will find all the Parameters explained in the context.
I can't drag songs to the log
The issue might be related to the settings of the program. Make sure that the option to drag songs to the log is enabled in the settings.
No, there is no information provided indicating the existence of the same software as ZaraRadio specifically for Android tablets.

Secondly, consult the manual of the program as well using the following link: http://www.zarastudio.es/downloads/manual3_en.pdf
